FOUNDATION
Aayan Foundation was established on 2015 by Shadath Hossain (Sagor) a non-profit entity of Skylight Corporation,with sole purpose of helping the unprivileged and orphans in their Islamic religious funeral.
Death is the most heart breaking event a transition from one life to next, and we try to help to make this transition in holy and respectful way. As Muslims, we are taught to trust Allah’s (S.W.T.) will and to pray for mercy and forgiveness for the deceased. To assist deceased during these difficult times, Aayan Foundation furnishes the requisite facilities and a caring team of volunteers who strive to render this transition as smooth as possible.
Mortuary and Ghusl (Bathing the deceased)
We provide ghusol (bathing) and ready the body for burial in Kafan . Our team of volunteers comprised of both brothers and sisters are available to bathe and prepare the body as needed.
Cemetery
As part of our funeral services, we have designated access to a Muslim graveyard with assistance with local Mosques .
Salatul Janaza (Prayer for the deceased)
Salatul Janaza is performed for the deceased individual for peace in their soul .
Orphanage Educational Support
Orphans are supported with Madrasa education and further with Open University assistance. Aayan Foundation believes youth as the pioneer of tomorrow and every child as the beacon of light. We also provide clothing and donation opportunities for the Orphanage Organisations to re invest on the children.
